Grading may be subjective in nature and everyone has their own criteria. Please refer to our grading guide to understand our guidelines.
You may safely request cards back as long as your payment was not already processed, which is normally within 24 hours from the grading email, by opening a service ticket.
We do not charge for regular shipping on returns, but should you desire a tracking number, a 10$ charge will be applied to your total.
Please note that once payment is sent, returning the items is not possible.
