Due to the current Canada Post strike, Canada Post is not processing or delivering any mail or parcels. We are currently utilizing  alternative carriers so your packages can still reach you.

  • Orders already shipped with Canada Post: If your order was sent before the strike and is currently delayed, it will remain in Canada Post’s system until service resumes. At this time, we are unable to reship or refund these orders. We will reevaluate our options as more information becomes available. You can view the latest updates here.


  • First Class orders on hold: If you selected “First Class” shipping option, you can upgrade your order to FedEx or Purolator using this link. After purchasing the upgrade, please allow one to three business day for your order to be updated and shipped.
